Customer Service: The Missing Piece in Today's Employee Benefits Industry

ABA Insurance Services, Inc. is a locally-owned, independent insurance agency, specializing in Employee Benefits.  Our agents have a total combined experience of more than 75 years, which assures our clients knowledgeable representation from qualified professionals, dedicated to serving the business community with honesty and integrity.

In today's Employee Benefits industry, personalized service has been lost to technological advances such as online self-help portals and voice activated phone systems.  While these options might be appropriate in some instances, ABA agents and customer service representatives understand in many cases personal interaction is most beneficial.  ABA puts SERVICE back in Customer Service.

Our goal is to provide personalized customer service to both the employer and employees to ensure a smooth transition from enrollment all the way through the claim process.  We're there every step of the way, providing support and assistance.  When you call us, you'll speak to a live person, ready to assist with any issue or concern.

Customer Service

The Missing Piece

Employer Assistance

Employers are assigned an Account Manager as the main point of contact for all questions and concerns.  The Account Manager works with an administrative team who becomes familiar with the account so they can also assist clients in the Account Manager's absence.  This "team approach" provides our clients with a quicker response time.

We  provide ongoing administrative support as part of our standard service to you:

ü  Enrollment submissions

ü  Terminations

ü  Change Forms

ü  Billing Issues

Employee Advocate

Many employees do not truly appreciate their employee benefits, because they don't fully understand them.

ABA representatives educate employees about their plans and how to use them in order to gain the most benefit from them.  The Account Manager will work personally with the employee to discuss any questions or concerns they may have.  The most common issues are related to:

·  Benefits

·  Claim Questions

·  How to read the Explanation of Benefit

·  Network Providers

·  Incorrect Provider Billings
